Over the course of its nearly 200 years of existence in the dynamic Cholet area in west-central France, the family-run Mulliez-Flory Group has developed comprehensive knowledge and know-how in professional textiles, endowing it with expertise that is unique in France, covering the entire professional clothing creation/manufacturing/distribution chain.
The Group's 750 employees have mastered the intricacies of the business, the vast majority of them coming from the world of textiles (weaving, spinning, fashion design, model making, and so on).

A family group
The industrial group, led by Jacques Gindre for more than 15 years now, is a key pillar of the family-run HDM Finances Group. HDM Finances is the leader in high-end household linens made in France, with net sales worth €157 million in 2014.
The HDM Group has 11 factory outlets in France. These stores are open to the general public, giving them access to the best products made by the Group's companies, primarily household linens.

Creation of a wool and cotton mill by Mr Bonnet-Allion by virtue of a royal edict of King Louis XVIII.
A handful of weaving professions appear in the mill's workshop.
Buyout of the company by a branch of the Mulliez family from Northern France.
Installation of a hydro-electric turbine at the site in Le Longeron, which still produces 100% green energy nine months out of the year.
Installation of a garment manufacturing facility. The Mulliez Group becomes the first integral group in Cholet with spinning, weaving and clothes making at the same site.
The Group develops a portfolio of professional apparel for every business sector with its two departments: Corporate & Healthcare.
European rollout in Benelux, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Spain.
Buyout of the company Mulliez by the family-run HDM Finances Group.
The Group merges with the FLORY Group, a specialist in corporate clothing and uniforms based in Cholet. The two companies' names are combined into the Group's new name: Mulliez-Flory. That same year, the Group grows in Southeast France with the acquisition of Amovis, which specializes in technical, normed work clothing. It also purchased the innovative brand Selfia®, a winner of numerous awards for its clothing lines for people with disabilities and its product Sécuridrap®, and the French leader in the healthcare sector.
The Group strengthens its corporate clothing and uniform lines with the acquisition of TB Diffusion in Cholet. New skill sets join the Group.
Buyout of Carrare, a company based in Villeneuve d'Ascq and specializing in corporate clothing for urban transit systems.
Delivery of the Group's new three storey 6,000 m2 logistics platform, capable of storing more than eight million items.
The Group works with all business sectors and structures thanks to its geographic spread and its enriched expertise.
